File for Worker's Comp; you have the evidence that you had to go to an emergency room and that he took you. Has the injury prevented you from working? If so, you have a case.   MaryAnn 6 months ago

no. there are many things that your employer could take you to the emergency room that are not the fault of the company you work for. workers compensation only applies if the company is liable for an injury.   TheLightWorks 6 months ago
