Is it legal to import and sell a drug that requires prescription in the US?

I see drugs for sale on the internet that are equivalent to drugs that require prescription in the US. Is this lawful? If not, what law enforcement agency would like to know about it?

If you don't have a prescription for the drugs you buy that need prescriptions, or if you sell prescription drugs without a FDA license, you are breaking the law. Depending on the circumstance the DEA, FDA or state and local police will find you and "deal with the issue"

no, those may not be imported in commercial quantities into the US. Customs and Border Patrol is interested in those who violate the laws on this.

Individuals who acquire the drugs elsewhere in personal use quantities and bring them back to the US are permitted to do so, as long as the drug is not classified as a narcotic.

If they have the proper licensing, yes. If you're talking about all those buy Viagra without a prescription adds, probably not. Call the DEA or ICE with a complaint.
