I have self harmed myself before, and I have thought about killing myself as well.

Thank you in advance for all of the help and advice, I am very grateful.

So you're different. So you perceive things a little differently. You still breathe, don't you? You still have thoughts and emotions right? You're capable of loving, you're capable of happiness? And in that case, you are a human being. You might not be on the road taken by most of society, but what exactly is so wrong with the road less taken anyway?

I don't have a learning "disability" but I'm apparently scientifically regarded as a "Highly Sensitive Person" which means I think an awful lot about things that most people don't, and I think about them differently. I'm sensitive to social situations, and I even had panic disorder for the past 3 years because of how highly sensitive I am. My brain isn't "normal" but I'm glad that it's different. It's not about what OTHER people think I'm good at or what they like about me, it's about what I like about me. Find out what YOU like about YOU. Disregard these perceptions by other people. Just be happy and love yourself, and love others despite their prejudice too.

It is really a tough situation to handle. Let me go through it leisurely when my mind remains refreshed and recharged. I have to study, examine and analyze various things from different angles. I may also have to consult my mentor and few wise friends. These exercises may take time. Kindly bear with me, if there is any delay.

i admire you i have no learning difficulties at all except maybe been clumsy and a bit silly if that counts ha ha. i have 9 A - C GCSE and 3 E levels and a couple of other qualification but no where near as many as you i currently completing NVQ level 2 in health and social care and i am struggling but you have determination and have achieved all of this stuff by yourself. my sister has a learning difficulty she went to a special needs school called Cavendish and she loved it and has gained experience that i have never received it isn't about what you have its how you use it. i have used all the knowledge i have gained to work with individuals with learning difficulties and i know for a fact that you are all capable of anything that i could do or anyone else like i said before it isn't what you have gained its how you are yourself and use your knowledge that you have to show people some of this knowledge in how your treat people and act with people.

carry on been you and if people don't like it then i'm not funny but maybe they need to go learn how to be respectful, as it has nothing to do with them.
