Instead of drugs they are addicted to federal government money & can't get over it. The biggest problem is that it isn't their money it is taxpayer's money from other states.With one out of every eight California workers out of a job, the "Los Angeles Times" reports the state Employment Development Department has had to borrow billions of dollars to keep paying unemployment benefits at the rate of $40 million per day. Should we all keep paying California for their profligate spending?
