Is there a class action lawsuit against Stores Online?

I made the mistake and listened to their pitch. When I told them to stop calling and remove me from their list and if they wanted to contact me it had to be via email so I would have record of it they sold me Information to other spammers and now is try to send me to collections.

Stores Online offers high pressure seminars promoting their over-inflated hosting services. Lisa Madigan started a class-action suit against SOL in 2006, but I don't know if it has been resolved. The link to the press release is below. I hope this helps.
