I'm very sorry to hear this news! I was facing foreclosure last year because we were behind on our mortgage payments, but we were able to get caught up.

As far as how long the eviction process takes, it depends on who your lender is, what state you live in and how much money you owe.

Declare chapter 7 bankruptcy. You will have six months to vacate the house (and you won't have to pay your mortgage during that time) plus you can put the back taxes owed on the bankruptcy so you won't have to pay them at all. good luck
