Mobile phone contract help?

Hi, I got the iPhone 4s on the 15th of October. However the phone is faulty, and more than that I hate it!! I thought by law I could return something in 14 days? The sale of goods act? But when I rang i was told I had to return it within 7 days? I'm with vodafone. They have offered to replace the handset when they get more stock but I really don't think the iPhone is for me. Any help and advice in this matter would be most appreciated x

Go back to the shop and demand a refund

Your best bet is to read through your copy of the contract and there should be a section on there about cancellation.

Ask for your money back instead of a new handset, normaly its a 2 year+ warranty
