My sister has a friend who always comes around and is obviously attracted to her husband?

She tries to be near him whenever she can, and will let her foot or something lightly touch him somewhere if she's sitting next to him, acting as though she doesn't know it's touching his leg. She will drop any event she has planned with her own family, to come to anything they have planned if she is invited.

She sees that my brother in law loves my sister, they have two kids together and are loving to each other. why does she want to come around liking him, even though she has to deal with seeing him love my sister?

Have you told your sister your feelings about this? It is obvious that she is attracted to him, maybe your sister might stop inviting her over so often if she knows. You could raise it with this woman, maybe ask her what her motives are, she may back off if she knows that someone has noticed, even raise it with him, as he probably doesn't realise. Maybe she sees their happiness and wants it for herself (who wouldn't) however this is not the right way to go about it, it needs to stop now.

if he is that good to your sister, this friend thinks in her mind that would make her extra special to woo this guy away
