News Flash: Pacquaio officially suing both the Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotion Camps! Any thoughts?

Postby delron72 » Thu Apr 07, 2011 11:47 am

If I'm not mistaken, Pacquiao's lawyer said they will sue Mayweather's camp for ten million or more. Mayweather will need this fight to pay for that kind of money. I'm positive Pacquiao will win in the court, he got all the evidence he needs from the defendants' own words and of course the third parties such as blogs, internet forums, or any publications against Pacquiao. On the other side, Mayweather's camp got literally nothing. If only Mayweather requested NSAC to do additional testing something that is more reasonable instead of demanding USADA, something that's never been done before and treating Pacquiao like a criminal, none of these would happen.

If the fight doesn't happen, Mayweather will lose a lot. He will lose money and more importantly, a chance to seal his legacy. Pacquiao can fight Yuri Foreman and go for the 8th world title, this would be a historic fight for Pacquiao. Mayweather fight, umm, against Matthew Hatton? Nah.... Shane Mosley? Sounds great but ironic since Shane is a proven user and Richard Schaefer of GBP wouldn't let Shane Mosley do additional testing.

Man I can't wait until these guys square off in the ring, it is going to be epic. The suit just adds to the public demand for them to settle it in the ring.

if pac wins mayweather may keep his undefeated streak... by having his athletic license revoked....

champions don't make excuses or allegations about another's athletic prowess... show some respect right?

Mayweather Jr and his ilks probably thinks Pacquiao was just bluffing, so they continue their vicious lies against him.

Now they are probably wishing they just shut up and let the fight takes it natural course. But of course, if Mayweather Jr is scared to hell then it's just understandable weaving up the lies will be his only way out of embarassment that he has proven himself to be a certified coward.

I am not really a Pacquaio fan but I think some of his haters are wrong when they publicly accuse him of any wrongdoing but can't back it up with facts. The court of law is very different than what goes on in this forum. Most people there are 100 times more intelligent than people in this forum so they will seek to find what is legal and what is truthful while people outside can make their false accusations and lies which wont mean jack if they can't prove it. I laugh at people who think they are smart but cannot back anything up with intelligence or evidence.

"Speculating, assuming, or guessing may be sufficient enough in this forum to prove a point, but in the real world, where intelligence, information, and proof matters more, any human being slandered publicly without any evidence is an AMERICAN LEGAL DEFINITION OF A LIE."

That was awesome JON!

I think you are right in this whole scenario. Everyone is entitled with their own opinion but if you try to ruin other people's name and image and not supporting it with anything, then you are proven to be a liar. I just hope Mayweather Sr. does lie under oath so his license will be removed. I also like Mayweather Jr. to be punished for some of his racist comments about other boxers and commentators.

It sounds like handbags at five paces.....

The Mayweather camp issued a statement saying that there is absolutely no indication or assumption that Pacquaio is taking illegal drugs.... The Mayweather camp is requesting a blood test - Period...

Gentlemen... We can wallop each other with handbags all night long.... The facts of the matter are that the Mayweather camp have never, (I repeat - Never) officially deemed Pacquaio as a juicer.. ever... Fact!

Whatever Mayweather Snr is saying is irrelevant - everybody can have an opinion.... Don't mean it's right....

I still think this is one of the best publicity stunts ever dreamed up.... All for free as well!!!!
