I missed a class action law suit (e.g. banks ripping people off with prioritizing certain transactions so you would default on numerous other transactions).

Stay away from them! They are total rip offs! Many people have openly protested at their office in Daytona Beach and are now going through the process to file a class action lawsuit. They have contacted the Florida State Attorney's Office, BBB, DBPR, and a few attorneys.

Besides his February 2005 vote for the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA), which passed the Senate 72-26, does anyone know of any other examples of his bipartisanship during his three years in the US Senate?

there are 2 suits pending for which i am elidgeable. They are both against one of the pharmaceutical companies, and pertaining to the same drug. . please any info would help.

and getting a class action lawsuit against each medicine one by one? does anyone realize that the only one making money is the lawyer? any individual will get a few dollars while the lawyer will get millions on each medicine. the company can't be sued again for the poor people that didn't go in with the lawyer. is this a scam? any investigation for the easy money the lawyer gets?
