ok, basically transunion credit reporting agency is being sued for incorrectly reporting items that were included in bankruptcy and keeping them open. it caused people not to be able to get employment, mortgages, so on so fort (class action lawsuit) so today this statement is posted on the attorney's website

There are 3 people on my bus constantly harassing 7-10 students on my bus from 7-11th grade on my bus and everyone has gotten fed up with it, and the bus driver wants them kicked off, but the school district won't let them and the bus driver isn't allowed to do even look at them because the school and bus company won't let them, and they have already threatened to sue.

The check is from a class action suit from Wal-mart. When I worked for Wal-mart I was married and that is why the check is made out to my previous name I presume.

We have been involved in a class action construction defect case against the builder of our home that was settled last year. We received money as part of the settlement. Is this considered to be taxable income? I've checked the IRS publications but did not see a category specific to property settlements.

My husband passed away and he was involved in a class action lawsuit. 2 years after his passing the suit was settled. No one contacted me, when I contacted them they said they tried (it's not too hard to find me) and since I didn't respond they closed the case I was not included.
