What Is The Extreme Level Of Social Service As A Student?

I'm living in Edinburgh, but my present job ends Oct. 31. I will be looking for short term employment, until the beginning of December. Any ideas?

Well, its illegal. Most District Attorneys offices wont prosecute it though. But if you do it enough, they can and will prosecute you. Its called Theft by Check.

I am in NC. You said LONG Haul truck drivers/ are not covered under the FLSA.  What about SHORT haul truck drivers:(those that do not not go out of state/ local drivers). Is local CDL driver covered under FLSA?
