Noise ordinence laws?

Hello I am wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. I live on a private space that I rent in a RV .There is also pasture on the property that a new lady is renting for her horses.She does park on the street as she has a diesel truck but comes in every night on foot you can still hear the truck at one oclock and feeds her horses and wakes me up.I have to get up at five in the morning and my landlady says because she walks in there is nothing she can do.You can hear her and the horses get all worked up and start running around.There is a law that after ten oclock no noise.Do I have any legal recourse besides just moving this goes on seven days a week.Thanks for any answers.
