Noise law after 10pm in Milwaukee, WI?

I was told there is some specific law stating that restrictions (or further restrictions) are in place after 10pm.

I cannot find this anywhere. The Dept. of Neighborhood Services says if police can hear noise 50 feet away from the property, you can be issued a citation. (1) However, nothing I can find notes any differences for this law based on time of day.

Does anyone know if there is any difference with this ordinance due to time (in Milwaukee, WI)? Please cite your sources. As I said, someone said this to me but I don't believe it unless I see it. Thanks!!

Its general common decency to allow your neighbors to get to sleep at 10pm. Most adults agree with that.
