Nvidia class action lawsuit rest of the world?

I recently came to know there is a class action lawsuit against Nvidia for using defective graphic chip in HP, Dell and Apple Laptops. http://www.nvidiasettlement.com/ I would like to know if its effective in UAE. Also my laptop model DV2750EE (DV27xx group) is not mentioned in the list. What are my chances? My laptop has the defective Nvidia chip.

The site tells you all the information you need to know. You must be a US resident to become part of the class action. Since you don';t live in the US, you cannot. You would have to go through the courts where you live.
