While I don't necessarily endorse or condone drug use, I also don't agree that the government should have the authority to tell consenting adults what they can and can't do to their own bodies

@Minx, while you do make an interesting point, you are aware that those people already "self medicate" with illegal drugs, right? The difference is that on top of all their other problems, we're sending them to prison and giving them criminal records, which only makes their situation worse.
