Proof of residency for driver's license and becoming a Virginia resident...?

So basically, I'm from Maryland, but I'm going to school and working full-time in Northern Virginia, and by Virginia law, I'm supposed to change my official residency to Virginia (even though it won't necessarily qualify me for in-state tuition, which sucks...). I'm living with my uncle's family now, but there's no actual record of me living there. One of the requirements for changing my driver's license (which I really want to do anyways since I plan on staying in Virginia even when I graduate) is proof of residency like lease agreements/etc, so how can I go about making my living with my relatives official as proof of residency? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!!
