Rental & pet laws in the state of oregon?

in oregon, when a landlord says "no pets" on a rental agreement, does that just cover cats & dogs?..or does a no pet law cover all pets such as....fish,snakes,rats ect.....?

No pets would mean no animals. Rats, snakes, fish, those are all pets and not allowed,.
