Retail Fraud 3

I am a green card hloder. I made a huge mistake and was caught shoplifting of items worth $135. This is my first offense of any type. Can my Green Card be revoked because of this? Will this affect my application for citizenship?

Perhaps you have been already charged? Or even, consult with a legal defense attorney acquainted with immigration issues, and attempt to work-out a plea offer that (preferably) can help you prevent a confidence or is normally positive for your immigration issues. It's improbable that the Natural Card could be suspended; though robbery could be a crime of moral turpitude, just one event of misdemeanor theft is usually seen as slipping underneath the small crime exclusion, and this type of cost is seldom punishable with a year or even more of incarceration.
