I know a monthly no contract cell phone provider that doesn't send a paper bills to their customers. All they receive is a text message on how much they owe. This causes all kinds of issues when unexplained charges pop on their bill.
Isn't there a Federal Trade Commission rule or law that consumers of a monthly subscription service must by default be presented with a monthly paper bill explaining charges incurred during the billing month?
would this be the link I would look for? your input is welcomed...
