Rocketeer Question- The San Diego City Council Is Seeking That All Simians Wear Shoes- Do You Think Monkeys Should?

Employees of the San Diego Zoo - what a great location to check out if you are in San Diego-- state they don't have it in their spending budget to get shoes for their simians--plus consider of the hygiene---what do you think???

I think that when they tell the monkeys to "Put on their shoes and socks," they will, except in that order.
