There are so many one liners in there it is going to kill business, benefits and the reason to work. I couldn't agree more. Did you hear about the "health care" requirement that any company with over 50 employee's has to have a room for "breast milk expression" set aside? If you have less than 50 employee's, you are not quite exempt. You have to prove to the government that it would cause undue hardship, or that it is not warranted in your place of business. It has to be "proven". I have no problem with giving a mother a place to pump milk, but this is what BIG government is coming to. Now it is THE LAW.... God forbid your company breaks these rules... This is out of control.
