====================

These free loaders in Madison, WI are extremely overpaid, bums, lazy, they only work 1/2 days out of the year, they hardly pay anything into their gold plated Defined pension fund and CEO Health Care package, they work in AC rooms and most of them are clueless about the private sector A.K.A real world. These overpaid teachers should be replaced with TEMP workers that live like serfs, yet they do most of the leg work for the lazy teachers.

These overpaid teachers think they should be paid as much as a hedge fund manager, yet these uneducated pot head Cheese heads know nothing about Supply and Demand, productivity and profitability.

Wisconsin Teaching Salaries and Benefits
People often believe that teachers don't make a lot of money. Those in the know, though, are aware that compensation in the education industry can be quite generous, especially when you factor in the great vacation schedule and the comprehensive benefits packages that usually go along with teaching. In Wisconsin, teaching salaries averaged $52,644 in 2009-10, according to the National Education Association, with most school districts offering benefits that range from health insurance to retirement plans.

In my job a pattern of failure is grounds for dismissal from employment. It should be in that situation too.

You do understand that the contract is AGREED to by the state?? You want to cut the wages, then negotiate it down.
