So What Can Their State Do Easily Keep Our Positioning

Postby Annan » Sat Mar 29, 2014 4:45 pm

My problem requires emancipation regulations for Their State of: Michigan
I'm in a plan named SIL (Supervised Independent Living). I'm presently sixteen yrs old. In SIL I obtain about 500 bucks per month by which I subsequently spend a treatment service 300 for rent.
Once this school year over over I desire to move out into my own place. I'll be 17 and a half. I'm a ward of the court and my employee doesnt need me to achieve that. She stated they'll stop my cash. I truly dont worry about the cash. Our Cousin owns a home and said I can relocate for 400 bucks per month that we understand I can afford.
I'll still be attending college, have my own spot, and a job. If they discover where I'm may they fit me right into a foster-care, residential, juvenile, or will they simply emancipate me in the program. From The time they discover where I'm I'll be nearly 18 in which in turn I'll be-at age majority anyways. May they actually spend their time?

Do you think they will search for me? I have no parents so will the state really push towards finding me?

I was checking... and the expert law crystal ball is STILL out for repairs.

We cannot tell you what will or won't happen.
However, you could be returned to the foster care system until you are 18.

What Can The State Do If I Leave My Placement

I doubt that the state has many resources to throw at 17-1/2 year old runaways; but I have no way of knowing what would happen in your case.
