Still in the 2/7 Club!?

was accepted on 1/19 early am -showing on wmr 2/7 processing since 1-23 -waited over 10days to call but just hung up with them this am-was worried there was something wrong with my return -irs rep said dd of 2/10 after keeping me on hold for a while. this exceeds the 21 days to process but ms states they arent going by that because of system issues. I helped 2 friends file on 1-23 and they both got 2/3 dd dates this am. I have never in 6 yrs of efiling had this kind of delay it really is ridiculous.

I filed the 20th and still have the 2/7 processing message and no DD. The way I feel is the people that filed after some of us should of waited until we got our refund their refund should of been held. I don't get why they are getting refunds and a DD date.

UPDATE: I called the IRS and the lady I talked to said all she could see is that mine was accepted, she said no errors, delays or such were showing. She said she couldn't give me a DD date.

I got accepted on the 18th; my 2/7 date finally got changed to 2/3 this morning. From what I've been reading they are trying to get through all the returns that got stuck in the delay starting with the accepted dates from 17th, then 18th, 19th, 20th, etc. So I think you guys are next.
