Student emt charged with harrasment for try to save father from oding?

My Father suffers from sever depression and mild drug abuse and is very delusion and can be violent. Today my mom and dad got in a verbal fight after coming home on something he got from his friends House. I got home from being a volunteer firefighter and my mom asked to get my father out of her bed. I did as she wished I went upstairs to find doors looked and tv on loud. I popped the lock when I got know verbal acknowledgment, i came into the room and found him in bed unresponsive to painful and verbal stimuli and and he urinated himself as an almost emt with BLS certification I knew it was critical I yelled for my mother to call 911 and send and ALS rig. I got my trauma kit and did everything in the book to rouse him and the only one thing that worked was ammonia inhalants (smelling salts). He started to become roused and was coughinging open muscus and othe material and my father was to big to role into recovery position by myself because I have a hernia. So I flipped the bed and instantly got him into recovery position and when he started getting o2 he starter ed get vary combative hurting himself other and speaking was saverly slurred. Then he thought I was attacking him and he pulled my glasses off and sprayed a whole can of mace into eyes and mouth and he started going after my throte so I restrained him so he would not hurt me and himself and then the pepper spray took effect I couldn't breath and he tried to choke me out so I started fighting for my life I could breath becasue of Pepper sprat and being choked I kneed him I lower ribs he realesed and I ran to the shower the next thing I know is I have to cops pulling me out of the shower and they flushed my eyes and called an an abulance evaluated my father and he refused treatment. Then I was cited for harassment and he was to and they did not remove home from the house my mom. Owns. I was just trying to save my father from aspirating to death and he only remembers me on top trying to open his airway using head tilt chin lift technique and he thinks I was attacking him and try to kill him. He was not able to give consent beachause of his continues. All injury were inflicted beacause of his erratic behavior and i should be covered by good samara tin law or other things. This would be my first offense and and I had know intentions to do harm I just wanted to save him from dying in unknown substance. Could I be convicted or do you think the judge will understand and the cop filing chages was unfamiliar with the law. It would kill me to have a level three mists miner on my records would any ambulance company hire me. I also have malpractice insurance and they will supplie me with a lawyer should I need input and spend 500 dallors deduct able. Please scared shi#liss but I followed pa proper protocol and if it happens agin I would do it again in a heart beat

First of all, your spelling and whole writing really sucks. You need to work on that if you're going to be a professional.

As for your situation, you have a valid defense that you can use to try to beat this charge (although I'm not sure what you mean by you 'flipped the bed', if you can't move your father I don't see how you can move a bed). You have your mom as the witness. So get a lawyer and present your defense.
