I don't understand the purposes of this question. However I will explain each option.

Option A is otherwise known as 'Uniting for Peace' which is a resolution passed so that if the Security Council fails in it's duties, the matter may be solved by the GA. This was a proposal by the American's to prevent a Soviet Veto on Korean war intervention by the UN. This was pointless because of the USSR's boycot of the UN and they never actually vetoes this particular resolution. Notable examples of the use of Uniting for peace is the 1956 Suez Crisis where France, Britain and Israel were condemned by the international community and faced potential intervention.

Option B is not true. The USSR was in fear of Sino expansionism but not the USA. The reason Nixon recognised China was to make the USSR feel isolated.

Option C is true with regards to the Korean War.

Option D is certainly not true. The USA for one is not a signatory to the ICC ( International Criminal Court) because no American wants their President being tried by foreigners.
