Transferring A Help Case To Some New Condition

Postby MacFarlane » Thu Jun 05, 2014 8:49 pm

Our issue entails child-support within the State-Of: Ny<br />
Our children applied to reside in Maryland. Like a matteroffact thats where the present assistance situation was released. Our children today reside in Ny. I'm the non-custodial parent. May I have my child-support situation shifted to Ny?

Transfering A Support Case To A New State

As NCP I'm trying to figure out why you would want support changed from a state where support ends at 18 or Graduation from high school to one where it goes to 21.
