I did not do well in high school because of numerous personal problems and illnesses. Currently, I attend Baruch College and I am doing well. Based on the following stats, can anyone advise me as to whether or not i would be a good candidate for Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Stanford, NYU Stern, Cornell, U Penn, MIT, U Chicago, or BU? I am mainly aiming for Columbia, Cornell, U Penn, and NYU Stern. I know my chances are extremely slim but I have always strived to go to these schools since I was a child and I just messed up in high school.

I will major most likely in Finance but if I can manage to transfer to one of the following colleges, I will try to double major in polisci and economics(or finance). I find politics fascinating and I cannot double major at Baruch if I will join Zicklin. For Columbia, Cornell, and NYU, I might likely be a candidate for their HEOP Program as my family's income is pretty low? Someone please help!
My contingency plan is to just stay at Baruch and excel into the most elite student possible as I am dramatically starting to find myself and a purpose in my life. I will try to go from Baruch to Harvard's dual program with their Law School and Business school (JD/MBA). As a Bronx native, I see my fellow residents deal with a low resourced borough, a socially marginalized district. It is a main motive of mine to enter politics and try to represent my borough one day and revive the Bronx, New York, and the U.S.
If someone can help guide me, I would truly appreciate it. Please refrain from frivolous comments; it is unnecessary.
