U.S. Appeals Court slams Alabama Anti-Immigration law to back into the gutters?

Why should it bother conservatives more than liberals? They are ALL equally guilty of the sickening problems illegals cause. They all need to go freak'en home where they belong.

They come here illegally, break tons of laws doing so, breed like bunnies, dump their load on US soil and call it a US citizen. Hopefully that will be ending soon as well, there is a bill proposed right now saying the amendment should be changed. If one parent isn't a US citizen there will be no more anchor babies because they won't be US citizens for merely being unloaded on US soil.

The people are sick and tired of illegals and all the money they cost tax payers. If the govt doesn't do something quickly the people are going to start fighting and it won't be safe for illegals anymore. I'm not saying I agree or disagree, merely that it will be the case.

You are dead wrong, there are indeed illegals and yes, people are illegals. About 30,000,000+ of them ruining our country, stealing our jobs, sucking up our welfare tax dollars, and cluttering the streets. The law disagrees with you. As does the rest of the country. If you are here illegally you are not waiting for your papers to magically become legal. You can't adjust status while living in the US illegally. Quit making excuses for you and your family and go home.

It's not an "ant-immigration" law. It's an anti- ILLEGAL immigration law. Please note the difference. I don't know any conservatives who don't want people to immigrate here. We just want them to do it legally. True, the process sucks, but if someone's first action in this country includes breaking the law, why should we allow them to stay and assume they will follow the laws from here on out? Moreover, why should we occupy ourselves with trying to take better care of them than we do of American citizens and people with enough respect to come here legally?

Yes, it bothers me. I am sure libs are happy about that. We are not a nation of laws anymore, rather a nation of tingles up the social justice leg.
