U.S. Immigration Law

Should legal immigrants for other countries who come to the U.S. be taught about the customs and practices of our country before they are allowed to come in? Also, should immigrants have to know how to read, write and speak english fluently and with no errors before they are allowed to enter the U.S.?

yes they should otherwise what good are they here if we cannot communicate with people in our own country

I think it is a good idea, but I doubt it will ever happen.

If you are not going to read, write and speak English than you should get out of the Unites States and go back to your country where you belong.
