Underage drinking charge?

Basically I got a citation for underage drinking at the first party i ever went to 2 weeks age(17 yrsold). I take full responsibility for my actions, but I know I will be given community service, a fine, and an AA class to attend. Question is, Can I ask for jail time instead of all that? Reason is I live with one parent and hes always working.I have no other family that could take me to serve my community service.

sure you can ask the judge but it all depends on him as to what you are sentenced with.
