Unsafe lane change ticket. Help?

I was in el monte and i seen a cop following a car in the left lane, i was in the right and i signaled and moved over to the left. i could see the cars headlights in my left mirror but the cop left them and pulled me over and issued me a ticket for an unsafe lane change, should i fight this? he said i cut them off and that he was being nice just giving me the moving violation because i was speeding and my windows are tinted. Should i pay it?

It is unlikely that you can beat it so to avoid having your license suspended it would be best if you go ahead and pay.
