What do you think of this statement by (feminist) President Obama when he was sworn in as President?

The next day the Obama administration removed from government web pages a Dept. of Labor report that showed that the so-called "gender wage gap" was feminist non-sense. When one compares like to like the wage gap goes away. Here is the report, hosted on a non-governmental web page:
