Art. 416-bis, Penal Code-mafia-type AssociationAnyone who is part of a mafia-type association formed by three or more persons, shall be punished by imprisonment from three to six years. You forgot that while Major Giuliani went after the Italian mafia in NYC, he also went after the Russian mafia and the Asian ones. That doesn't make media news. For some reason it has to only be Italians doing this. No, the Russians were a huge problem too. They still are, as well as Mexican drug cartels. The Italian Mafia is mostly gone in the US.
