Why is the USA's Anti- Mafia Policy a total failure?

I am an honest American Citizen who came under Mafia attack about 7 years ago.
In spite of the fact that my father was a well-respected lawyer ,assistant district Attorney, and a judge
The Mafia put my family under total surveillance,investigated everyone we ever knew and intimidated
each and every one of them and most members of our local community.
I would never believe this was possible in the United States of America.
They intimidated every State police officer I contacted.
Honest Americans have nowhere to turn for help when the Mafia shows up.
This is wrong and a bad joke to be honest.
A couple years ago the FBI entered the picture; you would think the Mafia would vanish,but
nothing changed.
This is wrong, the Mafia showed little or no fear of our countries law enforcement.
I then sent a certified letter about the Mafia problem in the US to every member of the US Congress.
You would think the Mafia would vanish, nothing changed. This is wrong; the Mafia does not fear the US Govt.
Excuse me, criminals that have no fear of our Government . or legal system does anyone else see a major problem.
The worse thing that no one tells you is that the Mafia controls people’s lives in America like slaves,
I have personally witnessed hundreds of Americans crying in front of me or with tears in their eyes
when they are forced to act against their will under Mafia control.
This is unbelievable to me, this is the United States of America and this is a national disgrace.
The Mafia uses women, children, old people, disabled people ect. Don’t we have any moral duty to protect the helpless in our country?
Our leaders need to do the right thing, no honest American should ever fear a criminal in our country.
People need to be advised of the problem and then a system needs to be put in place to restore freedom to these honest innocent victims, our fellow citizens.
I am the only American who will tell you the truth and I protest the Mafia every day , as I have lost my freedom in America and I am fighting for every American.
The one thing you can do to protect your children’s freedom and that is to call congress and tell them you want this problem fixed. No honest American should be left behind.
