What's happened to all the online streaming sites? they all seem to have been shut down...?

i usually watch TV online because I live in the UK, but the past couple of days i've been on all my favourite sites (tv-links, sidereel, cucirca etc) and all the links seem to have been removed? has there been another SOPA law thing? i hope not...
if this hasn't happened to you, please could you reccomend some sites to stream shows online? one without downloads please, i only want to stream...
