Because corporate law support business they have to be so much liberal, lots of money invest in these cases, most of the times these law support trade and business.

Actually corporate law is the law of organizations in-fact of all types of business so it has to be so liberal, heavy amount of investments are present in it that is the reason behind why it is so.

Because it involves lots of money when it is for business whereas in personal it is very less amount. Hence bankruptcy law is liberal.
