Why can't the USA have hate crimes like other developed countries do?

In England in the past months at least 6 women have been arrested for going on drunken rants criticizing mass immigration and multiculturalism, they were imprisoned, fined and one woman even had her child taken off her by the state.

Also in England Christians were arrested for hate crimes when they told homosexual couples their lifestyle was sinful.

In England a pro-life couple were arrested for saying "abortion is murder"

In Germany it is considered child abuse for Jews to circumcise their sons.

In Sweden, Denmark and Norway it is a hate crime to say for e.g. "I think same sex marriage is wrong"

In England and France it is illegal to wear a crucifix in public places.

In South Africa it is illegal to criticize atheism.

In the Netherlands it is the STATE'S job to teach sex education and the parents have no say in what gets taught and how explicit it is. Abstinence education is illegal in the Netherlands.

In Canada it is illegal for parents to teach their children that same sex relations are wrong.

In Australia it is illegal to disagree with multiculturalism.

The USA needs more thought control, the UK doesn't put up with hate so why should the USA? Ban the constitution and set up hate crimes laws like the UK.

Unregulated free speech is Fascist and evil.

the UK is not as free as the USA. Their central government has more power over its people. in a British Court you are not presumed innocent, you have to prove your innocence

Wow, you are so misguided. You actually WANT a government that can tell you what you can and can not say? You WANT a government in control of your YOUR childs sex education, YOUR freedom of religion or lack there of, YOUR morals? No thanks, I will keep my freedoms.

@ Liberal Atheist Feminist,
It is not illegal to wear a crucifix in public places in the UK. The cases you may have heard about were only in relation to employers getting the backing of the courts in jobs with a uniform & strict dress code. Some of these cases were hospitals where they have a no jewellery rule for everyone. Employees in most jobs can wear jewellery if they want to, including a crucifix, and away from work everyone can wear whatever they want.

@Inverted,
UK law is innocent until proven guilty, the same as in the US. Scottish law allows for 3 verdicts, guilty, not proven, or not guilty, in the rest of the UK, just either guilty or not guilty, and it is up to the prosecution to prove guilt.
French law is a bit different, so might be a bit nearer to a defendant having to prove innocence, but you'd need to look up the details.
