Why do white people hate immigrants coming into their countries?

(I'm answering all responses, as long as it looks like you actually fully read my question. If this is too long for you, don't waste your time, as I won't consider responses that have nothing to do with what I've said here.)

1. Immigrants coming into their country illegally

Was it right for white people in the past to claim ownership of land from Native Americans, Africans, Australian Aborgines, Indians, etc? If you're white and live in the Americas, Australia, or any other colonized country, do you see that as okay, as those other groups didn't have immigration laws, even though land was forcefully taken away from them? Even if you live in Europe, many European countries benefited from their colonies, so it has affected you positively.

Also, what made Europeans move out of Europe in the first place? In a country like America, many Europeans came who were facing persecution in Europe, to pursue a better life. If you can be sympathetic to that, why can't you be sympathetic to Mexicans coming here, because their life is so horrible in Mexico they have to resort to coming here illegally, because it takes too long and/or is too expensive for them to get a visa/citizenship, and they want to make a better life for themselves and their children? We don't hear about Canadians coming here illegally, and that is because Canada's economy is much better. Don't hate the immigrants, hate what led them to make that decision, Mexico being in a wreck. It doesn't matter how hard we try to secure the border, it will just make people more inventive. It's similar to the drug war, and the prohibition = failures. with such a huge demand for something, no matter how much work is done to stop it, it will still happen. Instead of wasting all this money on the border, we should be trying to fix Mexico if we truly care about illegal immigrants in America. It's also important to America because it's right next to us, not far away, across the Atlantic. Improve Mexico, and America gets directly improved

2. Immigrants come and don't try to learn to speak the official language

Did Europeans try to learn the languages of the places they colonized, or did they continue speaking their European languages that were natural to them? Why is English Nigeria's national language? Why is Portuguese Brazil's national language? Why does most of South America in general speak Spanish, when Native American languages were original? Why isn't the Australian national language an Aboriginal language?

3. Immigrants don't try to join our culture, they just stick with theirs

Is it wrong for white South Africans to still be influenced by European culture, even though that's how they were brought up? No. People often move to different countries for economic purposes, not because they want to completely abandon everything about the way they lived in the past, essentially, their very nature. And as long as you have a marketable skill, you will be successful, whether you adopt the culture of the nation you live in or not. In America, that is called freedom of choice, and if you're proud to be an American, you respect one of America's founding ideals

4.They choose come here, and yet complain about the country

Maybe because as a whole, minorities don't get the same benefits that people of the majority get. The law may say so, but in reality there is still a lot of inequality in this world. Why should they, or anyone else, be okay with that? And, using America as an example again, since when is it un American to complain about the status quo? America was founded by people who hated the status quo, and wanted to separate from England. The American ideal is to pursue a more perfect union, even if it means breaking the status quo. It's one of the reasons why America has so many entrepreneurs, so many inventors patenting their original ideas. The only way to make a more perfect union is by challenging the status quo

IN CONCLUSION, why should white people expect new immigrants to do things that their ancestors didn't? Why do they even get mad that other people want to move to their country, when their ancestors thought it would be better to immigrate to a different country as well? Even if they didn't and you still live in Europe, there's a good chance your country has benefited from colonization. So unless you think colonization as a whole was wrong, and think white people shouldn't have moved to the Americas, Australia, etc. in the past, you can't truly say you hate immigration

Fear that their jobs, wives (for men), and children might be stolen away by them. I heard single Mexican men where I live steal White men's wives or children and sell them in to the sex trade.

I get what you're saying, and I have thought long and hard because this issue concerns me directly.

Over the years I've simply noticed that the cold makes people "superior", it takes them back in time, to a more perfect state.
You know how refrigerators keep everything fresh...well it's the same with people.

The drive for life that whites have is far greater than dark skinned people. Because the cold makes you active, keeps you alive.
Spread this fact to a few hundred million people and you have a colonizing, dominant race.

With the heat and nice sun you never think of or have the time to organize mass enslavement and world domination.


I'm not saying it's right, I'm saying this is the mechanism behind it. it's just facts in motion.

it's not a matter of color, it's a matter of TEMP-E-RA-TURE.
COLD MAKES people WAKE UP. and as a side effect, white.
HEAT makes people HAPPY AND LAZY, and as a side effect from the sun, black.

You make a broad generalization that is not based on data. I am white. I do not hate people of different skin color immigrating legally or illegally into the US. I don't approve of illegal immigration. I respect anyone with guts enough to leave their home country to try to make it in a new country in which they have no cultural or societal grounding. I do hate people who make a big deal about immigration and think it should be completely stopped. WE are all after all, immigrants. Immigrants often bring interesting ideas and for the most part are willing to work hard to make a go of it.

i actually have native American blood in me and i think everything you just stated and pinpointed is beautiful. the people who created and took control were very wrong in the first place. Some Americans these days don't even have much of culture, not all of them. but i myself am surrounded by many and i can see that. for Americans to hate anybody for coming here is just plain ignorance. because they themselves did the same exact things. hate projected anywhere on anybody is always wrong. the English stole and conquered the land of America and killed the people who rightfully owned it. when they had welcomed them like brothers. there is plenty of hate to go around of the wrong choices the government has made in the past and the wrong decisions that they make now. what really needs to be abolished is hate. culture is beautiful. we all have different kinds. and we all have a reason to hate a certain type of person for something. but we shouldn't because the only thing hate will hurt is ourselves. the whole way America was created was wrong, and for that i have no idea why anybody expects anything to be better. you cant expect something to be good when it was created all wrong. we should just be thankful for our freedom.

Foreigners come to England and take over communities, there are certain areas and i'm not saying this just because i'm racist towards asians(not chinese or japanese, just the smelly, bomby ones) but there are palces that I or other people do nto go because it actually feels like you're walking into another country, where it's full of them black head to toe dresses with slits for eyes, and halal cheap takeaway shops. I feel threatened by them, and have been the subject of rape by one iranian man, he got off without charge which adds to my hate of iranians. It's not all foreigners that we hate, I like black people, french people, hell, i like americans, and german people even, I hate the ones that come and try to blow my people up, and are responisble for many of the worlds terrorist attacks.
