Will I get a ticket if I got flashed by the Camera for crossing over the white line?

So on a 3 lane road I was in the middle lane and I needed to make a right so I changed lanes to the right lane but I changed late and ended up stopping over the white line and I got flashed.. The traffic camera was for making a right turn on red without stopping but I did stop but I still got flashed for being over the white line.. Will I still get a ticket? From California btw. Is there any website or something where I can check if I did get a ticket?
