We had three people in car and we moved to carpool lane crossing double yellow lines, because my wife is one month pregnant and she was feeling nausea, so in order to burry thins up because the traffic was moving little slow, we moved to carpool lane. Officer asked us to appear in court 2 months later, but we might move out of CA until then because of job change. So what do we do? We didnt do it intentionally,,,it was just that my wife was feeling sick. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Explain what you just told us. First offense and the situation given, the ticket will probably be dismissed.
