have had BAD experience with this guy, let me tell you some thing that have happened
WORD OF MOUTH advertising doesnt only happen when you do a GOOD job.

he just drops us and dont even TELL us, canceled our listing, we had dropped our price by over $10,000 and he still couldnt even get ANYONE in our house to even view it.
MOST realtors would call you and tell you the contract is over, MOST would try to extend the contract, this guy does NOTHING
maybe it is cause we moved out of state and are not down his throat about it ???? maybe we thought he would TRY to sell our house on his own ???
i am thinking this is one of those REALTORS who just puts a sign in your yard and doesnt do ANY leg work. he wouldnt even go take pics of our house!!!!!
used crappy pictures that a different realtor had taken. i asked him SEVERAL times to go take new pics of the house and he refused.
other times i would email him and had to continue emailing him cause he doesnt respond


we didnt even know he took our house off the market until other realtors started sending us things in the mail about it being taken down, asking if we would liek to list with them
HMMMMMMMMMMM sounds like a realtor you would want to deal with huh?

well here is the DEFINITION of slander.

EVERYTHING I STATED HERE IS 100% THE TRUTH. so it cannot be slander or libel, it is just a public SERVICE announcement. i am just letting people know to go with a REALTOR who will WORK FOR YOU like they say they will.

if you have a crappy plumber that doesnt do a good job, are you ALLOWED to tell others about his SHODDY work? YES
if you have a car salesman are you allowed to tell others about the TRUTH of what happened and RECOMMEND they go somewhere else? YES
if you have a REALTOR who SAYS they will work for you but just puts a sign in your yard that says its for sale and walks away are you allowed to tell others about his work? YES
funny how he thinks that word of mouth advertising only goes when a GOOD job is done.
havent you heard of ANGIESLIST.com same thing, lets people say if they had GOOD or BAD dealings with people. just cause there was a BAD experience doesn't make it WRONG for people to talk about it

AS LONG AS EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS TRUTHFUL.

people just be wary of ANYONES promises who seem to good to be true.
we didnt qualify for the 120 day guarantee because we moved out of state and couldnt buy another house thru him, maybe thats why he didnt TRY hard or even at all to sell our house?
go with a PROVEN person who stands behind their work not just behind a business card.
