I would say you are brave to post this and in theory I wouldn't mind it but some rules like school I don't like. I can see that your rules are very free will for the people and I would live in it. But in real life it might not work because people may take advantage of the rules.

If you were the president then I wouldn't like to be your vice president because there would be big arguments, I can tell.

No. There are some good ideas, but also some flaws, probably fatal flaws I'm afraid.

As much as I dislike police, I'm not sure we could get along without them. Perhaps some kind of some kind of volunteer police force could work.

hurricanes are the direct consequence of North Africa deforestation.

The solution is:

Contact NSA, CIA, NASA, NOAA, UN, Universities, Banks and
promote the reforestation of the North of the Africa, or you all will
have to move for other places, as the USA will become a hell.
