What exactly does it mean to have an alcohol and opposite sex injunction entered against you in a divorce?
I know someone who filed for divorce on June 10, 2011. The wife caught him on many occasions of his promiscuous actions. Evidently, she also had credible proof of a problem with alcohol, thus an injunction entered against him as a result of the prove-up hearing. This is in the State of Texas. Please provide me with what exact proof had to be presented to the judge, what the ramifications are for the man, and what exactly an opposite sex injunction is. Is that just a restriction that a paramour can't spend the night or could it encompass the entire visitation of the father? And to make matters worse, this man is infected with herpes II and is spreading it all over the place with no regard for any innocent victims. Can anything be done to stop him? This just seems so entirely morally wrong to me.
