Prior to 2002? Dude why even tell them this? You are being too honest. Just leave that part out okay? unless it's on record, leave it out.

The charges was dismissed, that means - Not Guilty. You have never been fired from a job and you have your Masters.

So as long as you leave the part about you doing drugs before 2002, you should be okay. Go for it!
