If I got disqualified from the Coast Guard can I join another military branch?

My recruiter saw a posting of mine on Facebook (I have no privacy protection on FB so everyone can see everything. yes I know I'm stupid for that oh well). I did not say anything illegal or violent, I just said that the marijuana laws are absurd and that I can't believe how long people go to prison for such nonsense. I don't and never did drugs, I am just advocating drug law reformation. And my recruiter was super offended, he said they are a Federal military branch that specialized in law enforcement and that they can't have recruits who are soft on drug smugglers. And he said my views were disqualifying. Does this mean I am disqualified from all branches (Marines or army would probably be my second choice)? I am a good college student and have a totally clean criminal record and no debt.

The coast guard is quasi millitary- before the foramtion of the department of homeland secutiry they were under the tresury and transportation as their role was mainly law enforcement at sea.
the other department of defense on the other hand is not suppsosed to act in a law enforcement roll.
As quite a few millitary personell support Ron Paul I think you might be in good comany.
As this is one of the issue Ron Paul as a liberatarian supports

No you can still join another branch if you fail or are booted before you have gone to basic that way its not a dishonorable discharge but if you were trying to get into the coast guard saying that im just saying you do realize that that is what the coast guard does mostly is guard from drug smugglers and other items that are contraband or a threat to us but anyway yes you can still go to the marines or army

just find a different CG recruiter, he might not want to do the work to enlist you but i seriously doubt you're DQed from the entire CG. you're a civie you can say whatever the **** you want.
