Browsing Four Lawyer To Deal With Contract Against Breeders

Postby kenway7 » Fri Dec 13, 2013 3:21 pm

im searching for a lawyer to get involved with my dog contract from our breeders. our 11 month old puppy was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at six months old. in our contract it states if our dog has Extreme hip dysplasia prior to a year of age we get a puppy and get to maintain our dog. our breeders claim that his hip dysplasia isnt severe enough, even although his hip is popping in and out and he also has extreme subluxation. we also just discovered out he had a cancerous cyst on his chest. apart from dealing with his allergies, cherry eye surgery in every single eyes and bacterial cysts on his back we had to nueter our dog which we paid additional cash to breed him due to the reality we cant breed out dog with poor hips. we just want to know if there are any lawyers out there ready to get involved in a case towards our dog breeders. we have a ligit contract and we paid very good money for our dog. we genuinely demand some support attempting to get what we deserve, its not about the income, our puppy shouldnt have to endure with negative hips and if we ever have to do the surgery we are afraid we wont be in a position to afford it. we just want atleast what our contract states and we need support proving that his hip dysplasia is severe adequate to be covered. please let us know if you have any info on a lawyer that can help. thanks

You need to speak to an attorney directly to overview your contract and the information so that you can make a selection how to proceed. Unless disclaimed in the contract there are warranties that may possibly arise in a sale by a breeder that may possibly have been breached. A consumer protection law violation could well be however another possibility. Of course you will need to develop evidence of the dog's defects--some thing that an attorney will go more than with you. Great luck!

It sounds like a good case for small claims - no attorney required.

The issue is: is there a legal basis on which to take action? And is it cost effective to do so?Nothing you do will prevent this breeder from continuing to breed. You need to have an attorney review the sales contract and see what your options are.

Correct capitalization might get quite a distance toward creating articles more straightforward to read. The panels aren't the area to locate a lawyer, but to get common data. You have to attempt the neighborhood town-region and state club associations.Given the givens, I would not put money into a lawyer for this, even when my contract stated that I might find attorneys' fees in case of the dispute."... We are in need of help showing that his hip dysplasia is serious enough to become covered."You ought to curently have a vet statement or two for this effect.
