Can A Bonded Employee Be Fired For Filing Chapter 13

Many states are at-will states which means that an employer can fire a person at any time for any reason.  I would guess that the rationale for firing a bonded working for filing bankruptcy is that the employee may be considered a risk due to their personal need for money.

I agree to this comment as this is the condition followed at most places but today there are many legal formalities that you have to follow when you enter into a company and sometimes they add more clause in the agreement letters which give them certain powers.
