I bought a $2 box of sleeping pills last night. They made me tired but I didn't fall to sleep till almost three hours later.
So I went to walmart to exchange the box for another box. I thought I could exchange it.
They told me no. But there was nothing in writing on the exchange policy that they said they couldn't return/exchange it. A manager was near by he explained that they couldn't return it cause its in a different department (Pharmacist). So I asked to see it in writing (not that I didn't believe him), yet that is how laws work. So he went to the Pharm. dept only to come back later to directly say in my face that "Its State Law"
I haven't found anything on line directly saying that. Yet if its a state law wouldn't that mean that there are states allowing returns of over the counter drugs after opened?
